This Shipping Policy explains how Rocky Waters (“we,” “our,” or “us”) processes, produces, and ships orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing & Production Time

All of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through a third-party production and fulfillment partner.

  • Production Time: 2–7 business days
  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days after production is completed

During high-demand periods, production and processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as each item is carefully produced.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times begin after your order has been produced and shipped. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may vary depending on location, carrier, and external factors.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. Additional regions may be added in the future.

International shipping may involve customs, duties, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


Delays & Fulfillment Times

Because our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by a third-party provider (similar to Tapstitch-style fulfillment), delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Production delays
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays or peak seasons

Rocky Waters is not responsible for delays caused by fulfillment partners or shipping carriers.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at the email below. Changes may not be possible once the order has entered production or has shipped.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Rocky Waters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Contact your local shipping carrier
  3. Reach out to us for support

We may assist with filing a claim, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you need to make changes, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist.


Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages if items are fulfilled from different locations or require different production times.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment if this occurs.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Shipping method selected
  • Destination
